Atlas Copco EWD 330 electronic condensate drain (automatic drain valve)
The EWD 330 series automatic condensate drain is an advanced solution for efficient condensate management in industrial compressor systems. Unlike standard mechanical float or timer valves, the EWD series works on the principle of electronic level control. A built-in contactless capacitive sensor continuously monitors the volume of accumulated moisture. The valve opens only for the time needed to discharge the collected water and closes before compressed air can escape. This guarantees zero pressure loss (Zero Loss) in the pneumatic network and significantly reduces the plant's energy costs.
